I love this photo because this was taken at the oldest street in the Philippines- Colon Street. [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colon_Street]
Rich with Philippine history, Colon Street has has witnessed a lot from the Spanish Colonization up until now where it is known as the center for commerce and business in Cebu. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibmkcIa5o3Q] Every day, you'll see different people from all walks of life. It's always jam packed! [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sS3jal1tq8&feature=related] Behind the man in the picture is an old movie house- Colonade. It's still operating using the old fashion way of film. There are elements in a lomo photo that makes me like it even more-- electric/lamp posts, old rundown buildings, people walking, busy roads and old jeepneys.
This one's a memorable photo for me because Colon has always been close to me. I always liked roaming around for cheap finds! YAY!
I would join but I have no idea where to buy a lomo camera here in Los Angeles. :(
I am considering buying dianaf+ , but I duno where can i print the film ...can u tell me where ?
Lego man

I took photos of my old toys and this stood out. It's an old Lego man, kinda looks like a space man that landed in another planet. I like this one because, I didn't know it would turn out nice. I just point then shoot, point then shoot, point then shoot..... You'll never know how a photo would look like until its developed.

I was walking around Boni and people stare as I took pictures of random things that caught my spirit.
Here is my favorite lomo photo I took.

This is the end of Route 66 on the Santa Monica Pier in CA. I like this photo because I was not expecting to come out as it did (it came out better!), its a bit off-center and I like the way the sun shines in. It reminds me of sunny southern CA, I took it right before I moved from there, so it seems fitting.

Ok ok- so heres the deal- I like this picture because to me its the epitome of California- lights... flair and palm trees! Need I say more? I guess what I thought came out well (a lucky surprise) was the wierd double-exposure. P.s. I love my fisheye camera- to see the world as a 'fish' looking out of a gold-fish bowl is a true delight!

There is such a dream like quality with this image. As though you are beginning to wake and the scene is slowly fading. Its mysterious and dark, but brings my mind back to happier times, and memories that I more write than remember.

Not sure if this will still count, but i would still like to share this picture. I took this in boracay with my girlfriend's Holga 135. I was really amazed with how it turned out because i actually opened the back without fully winding the film. Thus the over exposed left side. Talk about Beautiful mistake :)
